These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by Vixzz Technology Ltd (“Vixzz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering, or using any Vixzz service, including mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, POS systems, or agent tools, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

Vixzz provides a digital payment and mobile money platform enabling:

• Person-to-person transfers
• Merchant and biller payments
• Deposits and withdrawals through agents
• Wallet and account management
• Settlement and payment notifications
• API-based integrations for merchants, billers, and partners

Vixzz does not provide banking services unless explicitly stated through licensed partners.

To use Vixzz services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and verifiable information
• Complete required KYC and compliance checks
• Use the services only for lawful purposes

Vixzz reserves the right to refuse or terminate access at its discretion.

Users, merchants, billers, and agents are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring all provided information remains accurate
• All transactions conducted through their account

Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Vixzz operates in compliance with:

• CBK regulations
• AML/CFT laws
• Applicable financial and data protection laws

We may:

• Monitor transactions
• Request additional verification
• Suspend or restrict accounts
• Report transactions to authorities where required

Failure to comply may result in account termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

Disputes shall be resolved through Kenyan courts or competent regulatory mechanisms.
