Immediate Action

If you see a transaction you don't recognize, freeze your card immediately in the Vixzz app settings.

  • 1. Log in to App
  • 2. Go to Settings > Security
  • 3. Tap "Freeze Account"

Common Scams

  • The "Overpayment" Scam: Someone sends you too much money and asks for the difference back.
  • Fake Vixzz Support: We will never ask for your password or OTP over the phone/email.
